Shipping area
We deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein. International shipping is currently not available. Customers in the EU order our American wines at americanwine.club.

We ship in cases of six. Mixed cases are also possible.
Delivery time
Usually 2 to 5 working days after we receive your order.
Delivery
Our delivery partner does not notify you in advance. If nobody is there to accept the parcel, it is usually left at the property.
If you would rather not have that, select the option „Deliver only against signature”. at checkout. The wines are then handed over against signature only. The option is free of charge.
Packaging
All orders ship in purpose-built wine cases that protect the bottles in transit.
Age verification
We sell alcoholic beverages only to people aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you have reached the legal minimum age.
Damaged shipment
If a bottle is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@8247.ch. Please include photos of the damaged goods. We will arrange a replacement right away.
Returns
Returns are generally not possible. The exception is the replacement of corked wines. You will find further details in our Terms & Conditions.
